John Lee brings over 20 years of experience in quality assurance and quality management to the classroom. As a certified ASQ Quality Engineer, Quality Auditor, and Quality Technician, John has worked across multiple industries including aerospace, automotive, and medical devices.
His practical, hands-on approach to teaching quality principles helps students not only understand the theoretical concepts but also how to apply them in real-world situations. John has helped hundreds of quality professionals successfully achieve their ASQ certifications.
Prior to joining Alpha Training & Consulting, John served as a Quality Manager for a leading aerospace manufacturer where he implemented comprehensive quality management systems and led cross-functional improvement teams.
