Alpha Training & Consulting provides professional training and preparation for the ASQ Certified Quality Technician (CQT) examination. Our services include, but are not limited to:

2. User Accounts

When you register for our services, you may be required to create an account and provide certain information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

• Ensuring that your account information is accurate and up-to-date

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

3. Payment Terms

By enrolling in our training programs, you agree to pay all fees associated with the services you select. Payment terms include:

• All fees are in US dollars unless otherwise specified
• Payment is required before access to training is granted
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated during checkout
• Pricing is subject to change, but changes will not affect already purchased services

4. Refund Policy

We offer the following refund policy for our training programs:

• Full refund available up to 14 days before the start date of a course
• 50% refund available 7-13 days before the start date
• No refunds available less than 7 days before the start date
• Digital products and materials are non-refundable once accessed

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Alpha Training & Consulting makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation of our services or the information, content, or materials included therein.

We do not guarantee that:

• Your use of our services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• Our services are free of viruses or other harmful components
• Participation in our training programs will guarantee passing the ASQ CQT examination

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Alpha Training & Consulting and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.
